During this procedure, your surgeon will remove the testicles through an incision in the scrotum. Once the testicles are removed, the flow of testosterone is sustainably interrupted. Androgen-blockers will no longer be needed after orchiectomy.

Here, the scrotal tissue is removed. This procedure is not compatible with vaginoplasty, but it can be performed at the same time as an orchiectomy.

This procedure is sometimes performed for gender non-conforming clients who simply wish to no longer have a penis, but may not necessarily seek further genital feminization. For some individuals, penectomy is performed in conjunction with orchiectomy and scrotectomy in a procedure referred to as nullification.

Vulvoplasty/Minimal Depth Vaginoplasty/Zero-Depth Vaginoplasty

During vulvoplasty, will construct a shallow vagina and vulva using the penile and scrotal tissues. Scrotal tissue is used for shaping the labia majora, while the glans of the penis is used to form a clitoris. A vaginal canal is not created, which is ideal for patients who do not desire penetration.

During this treatment, we will construct a fully functioning vagina from the penile and scrotal tissues. Scrotal grafts and penile shaft tissue is used to form the vaginal walls. The urethra is then shortened and repositioned to confirm female urination patterns.
