Unless your insurance plan specifically has transgender exclusions, our office is quite adept at working with most insurance plans. We recommend registering with your insurance provider's website or contacting your insurance provider to narrow down your search for providers who are in-network/accept your insurance.
After your initial visit with Dr. Satterwhite or Dr. Gurjala and the surgical team at Align, you will have a consultation with our financial advisor, who will provide in-depth information on the insurance process. Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for you.

Updates on any change to your insurance
If you have more than one insurance policy, let us know which one is legally designated as primary (contact your insurance companies to determine this if you do not know).
If you have an HMO plan, we need an updated referral from your assigned Primary Care Physician within 90 days of your surgery date.
